1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Aura™ GEO Audit ("Service") at aurareport.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting.

2. Description of Service

Aura™ GEO Audit is a free Generative Engine Optimization analysis tool that:

• Analyzes your website's visibility in AI-powered search results
• Generates Aura Visibility Score (AVS) and Generative Authority Score (GAS)
• Provides a strategic roadmap for improving AI search performance
• Creates unique, shareable report URLs for each audit
• Offers embeddable performance badges

3. User Accounts and Registration

No Account Required: You can use Aura™ without creating an account. Email address is optional and only used for report delivery.

Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting audit requests. Providing false domain or business information may result in inaccurate reports.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Permitted Uses

• Run GEO audits for websites you own or have authorization to analyze
• Share generated report URLs on social media, presentations, or your website
• Embed performance badges on your own website with proper attribution
• Use audit insights to improve your AI search optimization
• Run audits for client websites (agencies and consultants)

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to generate mass audits
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI algorithms
• Resell or white-label Aura™ as your own product without permission
• Submit malicious, offensive, or illegal content through the audit form
• Abuse the service to create spam, phishing, or fraudulent reports
• Remove or obscure attribution from embedded badges
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, functionality, software, code, algorithms, design, graphics, and the "Aura™" trademark, are owned by One Click GEO and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Your Content

User Data: You retain all rights to the domain, business name, and keywords you submit for analysis. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this data to generate your audit report.

Generated Reports: Audit reports are jointly owned. You have the right to share, embed, and use your report freely. We retain the right to display report URLs in our public directory and use anonymized data to improve our algorithms.

5.3 License to Use Badges

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to embed Aura™ performance badges on your website, provided you maintain the attribution link to aurareport.ai. This license terminates if you remove attribution or violate these Terms.

6. Accuracy and Disclaimers

6.1 Accuracy Claims

Aura™ achieves 94.6% validated accuracy based on testing across multiple businesses. However, audit results are AI-generated estimates and may not reflect real-time, exact AI search performance. Scores are predictive indicators, not guarantees.

6.2 No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of audit results
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That defects will be corrected
• Security or freedom from viruses or harmful components

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONE CLICK GEO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

This includes damages for:

• Lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Data loss or corruption
• Business interruption
• Reliance on audit results that prove inaccurate
• Third-party claims

Maximum Liability: Our total liability for all claims shall not exceed $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (which is $0 for free users).

8. Third-Party Services

Aura™ integrates with third-party services:

• Google Gemini API: AI analysis engine
• Netlify Forms: Form submission handling
• Google Analytics: Usage analytics
• Render: Cloud hosting

These services have their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policies. We are not responsible for their practices or performance. Service interruptions or changes by these providers may affect Aura™.

9. Termination

Your Right to Terminate: You may stop using the Service at any time. You can request deletion of your data by emailing privacy@oneclickgeo.com.

Our Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Abuse or misuse the Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Create security or technical risks

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Publicly shared report URLs may remain accessible unless you request removal.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless One Click GEO, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you submit through the Service

11. Governing Law and Disputes

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution: Before filing a claim, contact us at legal@oneclickgeo.com to attempt informal resolution. We will work in good faith to resolve disputes amicably.

Arbitration: Any unresolved disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules. Arbitration shall be conducted in New Orleans, Louisiana. You waive your right to a jury trial.

12. Miscellaneous

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and One Click GEO regarding the Service.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

12.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time without notice.

12.5 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email (if provided) or notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
